FAQ
How long is the contract period?
When billing by credit card, you can cancel the trustkey software subscription at any time before the end of the billing period. In case of annual billing on invoice, the contract period is 12 months and can be terminated three months before expiration. Otherwise the contract will be extended for another 12 months.

What is a trustkey software user?
A trustkey software user is a user who can log in to the trustkey software and is created in the user management.
Can users be added or removed at any time? (Price calculation)
Yes. You can add and remove users at any time and thus optimally respond to changes in your team. If a user is added, the difference between the prepayment already made and the changed plan price will be billed additionally until the end of the term (day-by-day billing). If you remove users, you will not be entitled to a (pro-rata) refund of the prepayment already made.
At the end of the billing period, the subscription for the following billing period is calculated based on the exact number of existing trustkey software users.
Can I switch between plans?
Yes. You can change your plan at any time. Should you change to a higher model (e.g. change from Standard to Premium model) within the current billing period (monthly or annually), you will be additionally billed for the difference between the prepayment already made and the changed price until the end of the corresponding billing period (day-by-day billing). If you change to a lower model within the current billing period (e.g. change from Premium to Standard model), you are not entitled to a (pro-rata) refund of the prepayment already made.
Can I test trustkey software for free?
Yes. You can test the trustkey software 14 days free of charge. No user or function limitation.
For the test account you only need to enter your business email address, prename, surname and desired trustkey domain name.
An independent domain is created for each account. The data is separated from each other. After the trial period expires, the data can be transferred if a full-fledged account is subscribed to. Otherwise, the data will be completely and permanently deleted after the trial period.

No installation, credit card or cancellation is necessary for the test.
Can I try out all the functions in my test account?
Yes, all functions are available to you in the test account.
Do I have to provide my credit card information for the trial account?
No. Credit card information is only required when using a paid plan. However, you can also pay by invoice.
Can I also use trustkey on-premise or in the private cloud?

Yes, external user tests show: users successfully use trustkey within 15 minutes – without prior knowledge, training or manual.
